My items have a bit of a smoky & woody smell. Is this normal?

Yes, it is perfectly normal and will go away after a few wash and or use. In order to make sure our homeware is dry and free of mold, it goes through a kiln drying process which is one of the natural ways of drying wooden products. We don’t use any chemicals on our products and we try to maintain natural processes when we create a product that would last your home.

Some of my items have different patterns and grainings - is this normal?

Yes, it is perfectly normal as all woods will have its distinct patterning and grainings. This is one of the satisfying aspects of owning wood as each one is distinct and never the same. This also gives each one a unique character and “flavour” that’s going to suit any home in any rooms. 

How long do you process the order and what are your shipping options?

Please allow us to process and prepare your orders for 1-3 days until we ship it directly to your home. 

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes we do and it’s free of charge. Once we’ve processed your order, you’ll get a confirmation with the curbside pickup address to our location in the Scarborough area.

What are your shipping fees?

We have a flat rate of $4.99 for most items except for big items such as our laundry hampers which is $7.50. For now, we only ship in Toronto and GTA areas only and we're exploring deliveries outside those areas.
